Very fruity with a candied element of apple, rich and decadent with nice cream and overall balance. A yeasty element that goes from front to back on the pallet. Yellow green sparkling wine with active bubbles. Musty wet earth on the nose, cool cellar. Lime, apple and white flowers also appear on the nose. It is fresh and creamy in the mouth, has a light body.
