Tasting Notes:
Brilliant yellow-green color sparkling wine with medium-fine active bubbles. Red and green apple on the nose with a subtle citrus as well. An earthier aroma with hints of cheese rind, aged stone and wet dirt. Slightly sweeter than Bubbly Bliss Sec, but also more crisp. The smooth silky finish has a slightly sweet honey taste which is not detected on the nose but is a nice palate to finish on. Easy drinking wine. Perfect for the beginning or end of a meal.
