Tasting Notes:
Pungent on the nose, light caramelize, creamy mousse in the palette with Meyer lemon, which drops off into a soft easy toasted element. Straw-gold star-bright yellow sparkling wine with fine bubbles. Dry, toasty, buttery oaky characteristics. Apples, caramel and a yeasty aroma on nose. There is a subtle spice on the palate to go with the apple note. A decent amount of acid with a healthy dose of mineral. Fresh and active.
